It was delicious, 35 minutes at 240c, crackling was superb and the Pork Belly was moist, tender, and DELICIOUS.

We will be attending the South Fremantle Growers Market at Lefroy Street, South Fremantle on sunday 21st August. We will be selling our Gourmet BLT Dogs, Free Range Pork and our NEW Pork Sausages. So come and have a taste!
Pork roast with garlic baked potatoes, yorkshire puddings and cinnamon steamed carrots.
Toad in the hole, using our free range pork sausages. Yummy!
